Our collection offers seamless swimwear. Seamless means there is no visible elastic band on the suit. This prevents the garment from digging into your skin.

Our suits are double fabric lined and sit on your body like another layer of skin.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

We only use 2 day Express Priority for fast and secure global shipping.

All orders are provided with a FEDEX tracking number.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Wildaster is happy to accept merchandise purchased from wildastercollection.com at regular price for an exchange. Please note our policy is an EXCHANGE ONLY policy.

We do not issue store credit or refunds under any circumstance. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. The items must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal (hygienic liner). Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged. All accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged. Wildaster reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

Contact us on info@wildastercollection.com within five (5) days of receiving the merchandise for an Authorization Code. Please include your order number and reason to exchange in the email.

Once you have been approved for your Authorization Code, you can print and fill out your Returns Form. You must print and complete the exchange form and enclose it with your exchange.

We strongly recommend you use a registered postal service that offers tracking. Wildaster is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping or lost/misdirected exchanges.

All exchanges must be postmarked within five (5) days of receiving the Authorization Code.

Once we receive your merchandise at our warehouse, we will inspect to ensure that it is clean, unwashed, unworn and unused with all tags intact. Please allow 1-3 business days for your exchange to be processed. You will receive an email once we have received and shipped your exchange.

We hope this never happens, but if you receive an incorrect order or faulty garment, please contact us immediately at info@wildastercollection.com and we will sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

Please note due to the nature of hand dyeing, the fabrics may slightly differ from one another. It is rare but, subtle fading or natural spots from the dyeing process is natural, unless it is visually noticeable.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Caring for your swimwear is important in order for you to keep your swimwear fresh and long lasting. Our luxe fabric has been carefully selected and we go through multiple tests to ensure the quality of the fabric we use.

Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment as we cannot fix color fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, color running or any other symptoms of normal wear and tear.

• Do not iron or leave in direct sunlight
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry
• Do not dry clean
• Do not bleach
• Do not spin dry
• Hand wash cold only, with soap
• Flat lay dry, do not wring out the garment
• Remove all sand from the garment
• Remove excess water and keep garment dry
